There are four conditions that negatively impact health within Rochester’s neighborhoods -- economic, nutrition, housing, and education inequity. Unaddressed, these conditions create toxic stress that lead to chronic diseases and poor mental health. This reduction in the length and quality of life of our neighbors is unacceptable.
Your donations help us establish locations and services as well as strategies and programs to address the social and economic barriers that keep our neighbors from experiencing their full health potential. Thanks for partnering with us to create hope, healing, and restoration one neighbor(hood) at a time.
Donor Opportunities
Donor contributions are essential to our mission and are utilized in a number of ways to help directly support our patient’s greatest needs and keep our operations running and growing.
Patient Assistance Fund
Gifts to this account are utilized to provide a warm meal to at-risk patients, securing rides to our office for immobilized patients, and to create access to medical care by covering the costs associated with a patient’s temporary inability to pay for services due to financial hardships.
Operating Expenses
We utilize money given to this budget to cover expenses related to projects, supplies, equipment and facilities in order to perform our care with space, tools and skills that reinforce the dignity of our patients.
Arnett Block Association
Your gifts will be used by the Arnett Block Association to build positive relationships with other organizations for the good of our neighbors through hosting events, meeting emergency needs, and the innovative creation of strategies for equity and economic development.
