His Branches, Inc. is a community health center for all ages with neighborhood-based clinics that have been operating for more than 45 years in Rochester’s 19th Ward and Beechwood providing primary medical care and community development.

His Branches has two neighborhood-based clinics located in the 19th Ward and the Beechwood communities. From these central locations, we serve patients from every neighborhood in Rochester and across Monroe County.
